Policy on Misuse
We recognize that this platform is designed only for official purposes. In any event of misuse, suspicious behavior, or unlawful activities, Evidentix reserves the right to disclose relevant user information (IPs, Access Logs) to concerned agencies immediately.
Request Protocol
If you represent an authorized agency and need access to information, requests must be submitted via official channels. Requests must follow due legal procedures and include verification of authority.
Data We Maintain
To ensure accountability and support investigations, we securely record:
- User Identifiers (Usernames, System IDs)
- Contact Details (Mobile, Email)
- Network Data (IP Addresses, Timestamps)
- Activity Logs (Login & Search History)
Request Procedure
We require requests from LEA bodies to be:
- Submitted via official government email.
- Accompanied by Section 91 CrPC notice or Court Order.
- Clearly specify the scope of data required.
- Signed by a verified officer (IO/SHO rank or above).
Response & Compliance
Evidentix is committed to cooperating with lawful investigations. Once a verified request is received, our compliance team will review it and provide the necessary records within the legal timeframe. We maintain strict confidentiality; no user data is disclosed outside the scope of legal obligations.
Legal Disclosure: Evidentix reserves the right to share stored data with law enforcement and other authorized entities in accordance with applicable laws, judicial orders, and internal compliance policies. Any requests outside these frameworks will be rejected.
